| Why? |
By the end of the education program, participants will:
- Have had an opportunity to learn and discuss issues related to the effectiveness of physician enhancement programs, including the following:
- Physicians with identified clinical competence issues
- Physician communication in a team environment
- Physicans identified with having poor documentation processes
- Physicians needing enhancement in psychomotor skills
- Physicians needing enhancement in their prescribing practices
- Physicians impaired due to substance abuse
- Have had the opportunity to collaborate and strengthen relationships with colleagues in the area of physicians assessment and enhancement
