The Program was originally conceived as one that would provide personalized evaluation and retraining to physicians referred by our state medical board, hospitals medical staffs, or employers, because of suspected performance problems. At this point, we are refocusing our efforts to work with Тre-entryУ physicians – ie, physicians in good standing who are reentering the workforce after an extended absence.
